What products can be returned?

  • Within 14 days of processing and shipping the order
  • Products must be in their original condition
  • It has not been worn or washed, and there are no traces of makeup on it
  • It must be in its original packaging and all stickers and price tags have not been removed

What is the return period for offer times?

  • Within 7 days from the time the order is received

What products cannot be returned?

  • Free and cleared products and accessories
  • Filter products
  • Only the pieces and colors shown are available
  • Clearance products are non-refundable and can only be exchanged as a voucher on the online store
  • Hearing aids cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Lily brand products (offer)
  • These products cannot be returned through branches
  • Products containing printing and embroidery services cannot be exchanged or returned

Are there any fees for returning an order?

There is no fee to return an order

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable

How can I make a return request?

To submit a return request:

  1. Scan the digital code on your order invoice
  2. Fill out the information and choose to transfer the amount to your bank account
  3. Go to the nearest Aramex branch to deliver the shipment with the policy 

    How long will it take to return the amount?

    After receiving the product and ensuring that all conditions for returning the product mentioned above are met, you will be notified if your request is approved, and the amount will be deposited in your account within 7-20 working days.

    Can I exchange or return in branches?

    For online orders : You can exchange or return in all our branches except in the following cases

    • If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the shipment and 7 days (sale times)
    • If the products are from the liquidation department

    • For requests for postpaid services (credit cards):

    The amount will be returned to your bank account using the same payment method, and you can then purchase the product again with a new invoice from the branch

    • For installment requests (Tabi and Tamara):

    For replacement orders paid for through Tabby and Tamara, only the items in question can be returned
    Replace it and purchase it with a new invoice from the branch and without installment services due to its unavailability in the branches

    For international orders: Some countries impose customs fees for receiving shipments, so please make sure of this before completing your order.

    Can I make a return for international orders?

    For international orders: Free return service is not available. The customer is required to pay shipping fees in addition to any customs fees imposed by customs.

              Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
               
              If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-20 business days.
